Install the fan shroud, coolant overflow tank, upper radiator hose. Install the upper mounting clips and turn to lock position. Install the Mishimoto radiator into the car making sure that the A/C condenser is secured into the lower pegs of the Mishimoto radiator and the screws are replaced on the upper mounting points.ДЈ. Install the upper and lower bushings onto the Mishimoto radiator.Дў. Make sure that all the rubber bushings are remove from the OEM radiator.ДЎ.

Once the A/C condenser is compelete free of the radiator then remove the OEM radiator. Tilt the radiator towards the engine block and unhook the A/C condenser from the bottom pegs on the front of the radiator.Д©. Turn the upper radiator securing points to unlock and remove the mounts.ДЁ. The lower mounts of the fan unit are pegs.Д§. Remove the two (2) 10mm screws that secure the fans to the radiator and remove the fan assembly by pulling the fans straight out of the engine bay. Disconnect the lines and place to the side.

Remove the two (2) 10mm bolts that secure the coolant reservoir to the top of the radiator and remove the tank. Remove the covers on the front radiator support to access the 10mm head bolts for the A/C condenser.Д¦. Remove the 10mm head screw on the left side frame rail for the A/C system line.ДҐ. (Each uses one (1) 10mm bolt.) The MAF sensors must be unplugged and the intake rubber duct must be loosened.Д¤. Remove both intake air filter boxes from the engine bay.

Remove the lower radiator hose and tuck the hose behind the sway bar to keep it out of the way. Unplug the fan connectors on the right side of the vehicle and remove the wire clip that attaches the fan wiring to the radiator fan shroud.ДЈ. Remove the radiator cap to aid in draining the radiator.Дў. Locate the petcock to drain the OEM radiator. Remove the front underbelly pan from the car. Support vehicle on jack stands or vehicle lift.
